Purpose

OurpurposewastoinvestigatethepathologicalchangeoftheglymphaticsysteminthesettingofiNPHusingthisnewmethodofDTIanalysis.AnalysiswasperformedforpatientswithiNPH,normalcontrols,andcaseswhohadventriculomegalybutdidnotsatisfytheiNPHdiagnosticrequirement.Usingthesepopulations,weevaluatedthediagnosticperformanceofALPSindexbetweeniNPHandmimickers.
